My Review of Figure Competition Secrets

Just wanted to let you know about a new book that I have read called Figure Competition Secrets. The reason I bought it was because I stumbled upon a sales page that showed testimonials and photos from all of these different people who had read the book, and they had these amazing bodies (I'll give you the link to the website at the end of this review, so you can take a look for yourself).

I wanted a body like that too!! I was never interested in becoming a full on bodybuilder, but the sculpted bodies of the Fitness and Figure Competition women just blew me away!

So does that mean that the book is the real deal?

Well anybody who has been in the Figure Competition game long enough will tell you that this book is definitely the real deal. Everything you need to know, and I mean EVERYTHING about Figure Competitions including training, diet, and posing routines is in this book.

Here is a selection of what I enjoyed most in the book.

The woman who wrote the book is no amateur. She is none other than Karen Sessions, otherwise known as MsFit. She has been in the Fitness and female bodybuilding game for 20 years, and has a wealth of knowledge that can help anybody achieve a competition-ready body in just 12 weeks.

I enjoyed the section on dieting, where Karen reveals the best foods to eat, which foods to avoid, and what your portion sizes should be. She makes the whole dieting and eating thing, much more interesting instead of the boring pastime that it can become.

In terms of figure competition training, she will tell you everything you need to know to maximise your preparation time. The book covers everything from what you should wear to the best way to practice your posing routines.

If you've got a question about what it REALLY takes to succeed, you'll definitely find it in this book. If it's not in the book, then trust me, you don't really need to know about it.

Supplements was an interesting chapter of the book. She discussed which supplements you should absolutely avoid before a competition...unless you want to go on stage looking like a bloated whale. This is vital information for those people who want to be at the top of their game, when competition time comes around.

I could honestly go on for hours about the great content in this book, but why don't I just let you visit her site for yourself. You can see the photos and testimonials that I was telling you about, and make up your own mind about whether this book is right for you.
